ISLAND GIRL DELIGHT COCKTAIL

Island Girl Delight This is one of my signature cocktails, perfect in summer time, But I served it this Thanksgiving with Tuna Ceviche mango And Lime and Plantain chips. My guests all liked it enough to ask for refills! SERVES 4 1 can of Lychee 4 ounces of white tequila 4 ounces of triple sec 4 ounces of Guava Juice nectar 1 bottle of prosecco Juice from 2 limes 2 cup of ice 1 star fruit to garnish or with lime Directions in a Blender Pour the can of lychee with the syrup add tequila, triple sec, guava nectar and lime juice. Blend all ingredients until smooth and liquid, use a strainer to strain the liquid into four glasses. Top off with prosecco and garnish with star fruit or lime.
